villa next door in Kissimmee.
This villa is a 3 bed 2 bath villa with its own heated pool in Kissimmee. and has an identical floor plan to our own villa. We can usually obtain a reservation for you at similar prices to our own advertised prices.
Security Deposit
This villa is
primarily our second home. We
let it out at reasonable rates to offset the cost of maintaining such property
and not to make a significant profit.
All we ask is that you respect our home
as you would do respect your own home. Unfortunately
we do know some owner whose property has been damaged
or valuable items has been lost due to dishonest guest.
We therefor ask $200 security deposit to cover such eventualities as damage or loss of property.
This is paid with the payment balance and will
be
fully refunded after the management company has successfully cleaned and checked the villa
and found no property that belongs to the villa
is lost or damaged.
We accept minor mishaps and breakages i.e.
cup and plate. And it is considered as a normal wear and tear.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per week booked is required to secure a booking and the balance should be paid within 8 weeks of departure. If you book within 10 weeks of departure then you should pay the full amount to secure the booking.
